3. Payment & Billing
All payments for services rendered must be made according to the agreed terms in your contract or invoice. Nexbhullah reserves the right to:
- Suspend or terminate services for late or non-payment
- Charge late fees as per agreed terms
- Cancel service agreements with notice due to violation of payment obligations
4. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to provide accurate and timely information needed to execute services. Failure to do so may affect the quality and delivery of work. Clients are also responsible for:
- Owning or having legal rights to use any creative assets provided
- Following ad platform policies (e.g., Meta Ads Policies, Google Ads Policies)
- Reviewing and approving deliverables on time
5. Intellectual Property
All content, designs, and materials created by Nexbhullah for clients remain the property of Nexbhullah unless otherwise agreed in writing. Upon full payment, rights to specific deliverables may be transferred to the client as outlined in the project agreement.
Nexbhullah retains the right to showcase completed work for portfolio and promotional purposes unless otherwise specified by the client.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nexbhullah shall not be liable for:
- Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Loss of profits, data, or revenue
- Platform-related issues (e.g., Facebook ad rejections, account bans) outside of our control
Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by the client for the services rendered within the last 60 days.
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to our services at any time if you violate these Terms, fail to make payments, or engage in behavior that harms our business or reputation. Clients may also cancel their service agreement in accordance with the terms set in the individual contract.
8. Third-Party Links
Our website may contain links to third-party sites. We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices. Please review their terms and policies before engaging with them.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last Updated” date. Continued use of our website and services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
