Refund Policy

Effective date: June 17, 2026

This Refund Policy explains our refund and cancellation terms. It is part of our Terms of Service. By purchasing our services, you agree to this policy.

1. Monthly Retainers Are Non-Refundable

Our services are provided on a recurring monthly retainer basis. Except for the limited initial window described below, all fees are non-refundable. Once a monthly billing cycle begins, the fee for that cycle is earned and non-refundable, including where you do not use the services, do not follow up with leads or appointments, or pause your participation.

2. Initial 10-Day Refund Window

If you are a new client, you may request a refund of your initial monthly payment within ten (10) calendar days of that first payment. If you request a refund within this window, we will refund your initial monthly service fee, less any non-refundable third-party costs already incurred on your behalf and any one-time setup fees (see below). After the tenth (10th) calendar day following your initial payment, no refunds are available.

This initial window applies once, to your first payment only. It does not apply to renewal payments in later months.

3. Setup Fees

One-time setup or onboarding fees cover work performed at the start of an engagement and are non-refundable once that work has begun.

4. Advertising Spend

Money paid to advertising platforms (such as Meta and Google) is paid directly to those platforms and is not a fee paid to Nexbhullah. We do not refund advertising spend. Refunds of platform ad spend, if any, are governed by those platforms.

5. Cancellation

You may cancel your recurring subscription at any time by contacting us at agency@nexbhullah.com or +1 213-684-8318. To stop your next charge, you must notify us at least seven (7) days before your next billing date. Cancellation stops future renewals. It does not refund the current or any prior billing cycle, except as allowed by the initial 10-day window above. After cancellation, your services continue until the end of the cycle you have already paid for.

6. Guarantee-Backed Engagements

If your Order includes a specific written guarantee, the terms of that guarantee control how it is fulfilled. Guarantees are typically fulfilled by continued work toward the agreed result rather than by a cash refund, unless the Order clearly states otherwise. Guarantees require that you meet your responsibilities, including follow-up, required ad spend, and providing requested assets.

7. Chargebacks

If you have a billing concern, contact us first and we will work to resolve it. Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without contacting us, in violation of this policy, is a breach of our Terms, and we reserve the right to respond with evidence of services rendered and to suspend services.
