At Nexbhullah Agency, we are committed to delivering high-quality digital marketing services tailored to your business goals. We value transparency and client satisfaction, and our refund policy is designed to reflect the nature of the services we provide.
1. No Refund on Completed Work
Due to the customized and time-intensive nature of digital marketing services, all payments made for completed work are non-refundable. This includes (but is not limited to):
- Ad campaign strategy and setup
- Creative development
- Funnel or landing page design
- Consultation sessions
- Ads account audits or optimizations
Once a service is initiated or delivered, it is considered final.
2. Refund Eligibility (Before Work Begins)
If a client chooses to cancel a service before any work has commenced, a partial refund may be issued after deducting any administrative or consultation costs already incurred.
To request a cancellation and refund, the client must notify us in writing within 48 hours of payment.
3. Monthly Retainer & Subscription Services
For recurring services (such as monthly ad management):
- Cancellations must be submitted at least 7 days prior to the next billing cycle
- No refunds will be issued for the current billing period once work has started
- Clients are free to cancel future billing cycles at any time with written notice
4. Dissatisfaction & Dispute Resolution
If you are not satisfied with the results of a project:
- Please reach out to us at agency@nexbhullah.com within 7 days of receiving the final deliverable
- We will work with you to resolve concerns through reasonable revisions or adjustments (where possible)
Refunds will not be granted based on:
- Lack of results due to factors outside our control (e.g., ad platform rejections, client delays, budget restrictions)
- Subjective expectations or personal preferences once the agreed scope of work is delivered
5. Chargebacks
If a client initiates a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us to resolve the issue:
- The client’s account will be suspended
- Nexbhullah reserves the right to pursue the full amount owed and recover associated legal or collection costs
